On Wednesday a second Army Helicopter Pilot who crashed to death in Wheeler Army Officer. The Kiowa OH-58D chopper crashed during a "general maintenance test flight" at about 3:30 p.m. on the base, Army officials said. They said that the Prayer ans the condolence of the Families of the officers who died in the crash. One died in the spot and the other pilot who was taken care by the Para-Medical team who was later taken to the near by hospital died later.
