That was the first long travel when I traveled to Pune for my transfer. I have never been to northern parts of India and it was the first time I am going such a long distance that too with a strange set of people. Our whole batch got our seat allotted in the same compartment and it was the first time many of us were away from our family. It was that train journey which created a bond between us and helped us to mingle with each other. During our training period we hardly spoke with each other, that too it was totally subject related. It was in that journey we came to know about everyone. We played cards and spent the whole night watching movies and chatting. Though it was a long trip, it helped us to bridge the gap and move close with our batch mates.
